Processing & Ship Times
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS or UPS based on your location and package size. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight/size of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's delivery status.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly or file a claim.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States.
