Orders & Purchasing

Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

Once your order is accepted and payment is processed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com and we'll do our best to help.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. This email will include your order number, items purchased, and shipping information. If you don't receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Eastern time ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern or on weekends will ship the next business day.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by clicking "View your order" in your order confirmation email.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. Once we transfer your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. If you have concerns about a delayed package, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number, or reach out to us at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com for assistance.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return sealed trading card products?

No. All sealed trading card products are final sale with absolutely no exceptions. This includes:

  • Booster packs (single or sleeved)
  • Booster boxes and bundles
  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
  • Collection boxes
  • Tins and special sets
  • Any other sealed TCG product

Due to the nature of randomized collectible products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances.

Can I return card supplies and accessories?

Yes! We have a 14-day return policy for eligible supplies and accessories (such as sleeves, deck boxes, binders, etc.). You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What items are eligible for return?

To be eligible for return, your item must be:

  • Supplies or accessories (NOT sealed TCG products)
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How do I start a return?

Contact us at onlinesales@k0scardshop.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Product Information

What condition are the cards in?

We carefully describe the condition of all single cards in the product listing. Sealed products are brand new and factory sealed. If you have questions about a specific item's condition, please contact us before purchasing.

Why can't I return sealed TCG products?

Trading card game products contain randomized content. Once a sealed product is opened, we have no way to verify its contents haven't been tampered with. This is an industry-standard policy to protect both buyers and sellers from fraud.

Do you sell graded cards?

We do not currently sell graded cards on this website. For our full product selection, visit k0scardshop.com.

Are the product images accurate?

We make every effort to provide accurate representations of our products. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen due to device settings and configuration.


Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our Shopify checkout (such as Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.).

Do your prices include taxes and shipping?

Prices listed on our website do not include taxes or shipping charges unless expressly stated. These will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can prices change after I place my order?

No. The price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time you place the order, as shown in your order confirmation email.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.

I'm having trouble placing an order. What should I do?

If you're experiencing technical difficulties, try:
